The Birth Place, Inc. is a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization who works to serve women and families during the childbearing years and beyond. We offer comprehensive and all encompassing care through our various support groups, classes and resources. Coming soon to a location in the greater CDA area!!

Maddie's Place

Maddie’s Place is a 501(c)3 non-profit, free-standing recovery nursery for babies experiencing withdrawal due to prenatal substance exposure. We firmly believe that low-intervention, highly nurturing care is the best way to help babies through this difficult time. We also believe that “mom is the best medicine,” and aim to support moms and babies together, which supports bonding and attachment as well as relieves physical symptoms.

Connects pregnant people with a personal nurse for support, advice, and
information needed in order to have a healthy pregnancy, a healthy baby and
be a great parent. To enroll, a woman must be pregnant, meet income
criteria, and live in Spokane County.

Northwest Midwifery Collective is a collaborative and compassionate community of midwifery practices dedicated to delivering exceptional prenatal, birth, and postpartum care to families.

 

Our freestanding birth center offers a warm and comforting environment, mirroring the intimacy of home, where families can experience the utmost safety and tranquility while receiving the unparalleled comforts of midwifery care. We also host events, childbirth education classes, trainings, support groups, and much more!

Spokane Mama exists to bring Acceptance, Belonging and Connection to local moms at any stage of motherhood or guardianship. We offer a soft place to land – open, inclusive, friendly and fun. You can join us at our monthly neighborhood socials, quarterly Moms Night Out, seasonal family events and annual Expo, all designed to foster new and lasting connections across the mamas of Spokane. We believe no mom should be left behind and are fierce advocates of moms having mom mates, me time and a strong support network.
