Ascend Physical Therapy

Say goodbye to the old way of pelvic floor physical therapy. Life isn’t lived laying down, so your rehab shouldn’t be either. You’re active, you lift heavy weights, and you chase that runner’s high. At Ascend, we understand that womanhood is challenging and requires a lot from us. That’s why our philosophy is women should be strong, resilient, and ready to take on all of life’s challenges without having to worry about the pelvic floor. We take a fitness forward approach when it comes to pelvic floor physical therapy to prepare you to handle life’s demands. Whether you’re training for a CrossFit competition, a marathon, pregnancy, or motherhood, our passion is empowering you to live a fit and active lifestyle without pelvic floor dysfunction holding you back. We specialize in helping female fitness athletes overcome pelvic floor dysfunctions, as well as pregnant fitness athletes staying strong through pregnancy, prep for birth, navigate the postpartum space, and return to running, lifting, and gymnastics.
