I partner with parents so they can reach their sleep goals with gentle and developmentally appropriate sleep coaching plans and techniques.

I help children, 0-5 years old sleep better at night. I don’t believe in a cookie cutter approach to sleep training. Every child and parent unit is different and will thrive best with a customized plan for their family. With so much information out there regarding sleep, I do my best to help set realistic expectations around your child’s sleep while helping your child to catch as many zzz’s as possible (and as a result help parents get some better sleep too so that they can thrive in parenting – not just survive)!
