She provides mobile massage services so you can experience your massage from the comfort of your own home or you can book a session at her studio conveniently located downtown.
Her pregnancy massage services include firm pressure to problem areas and deep hip sculpting to lessen hip pain. She is knowledgeable in c-section scar massage and can provide you with handouts to perform scar massage at home.

She offers gentle bodywork that is ideal for postpartum and even works with women who are decades postpartum on various physical or mental symptoms. She specializes in CranioSacral Therapy & Holistic Pelvic Care™, both of which treat a range of symptoms from early postpartum recovery to birth trauma and pregnancy loss. They pair well with other forms of pelvic health therapies. CST & HPC are modalities that are safe during pregnancy, postpartum & beyond. Other offerings include: traditional postpartum bodywork such as sitz baths, vaginal steaming, closing of the bones ceremonies & moxibustion. She also offers prenatal massage and cupping. You can choose to come to her office for care or be in the comfort of your own home.
