Hi there! We’re Kelly and Nicki, certified full-spectrum birth workers with Birth & Beyond Doula Services. With us as your doulas, you can rest assured that your emotional needs will always be supported and encouraged.

We are here to empathize, listen, and help prepare you for the end of your pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum time with your new family member. During your labor, we are there to encourage you and will advocate for you when needed, while reminding you of the strength that you already possess for this journey. We also offer both nighttime and daytime postpartum care, for that all-too-important fourth trimester. Our birth package is offered on a sliding scale fee and is also free for all teen parents under 18. We also offer complementary bereavement services for those going through perinatal and postnatal loss.

We are also certified Integrative Lactation and Feeding Specialists! This means we focus on ALL the ways of feeding babies: chest feeding, breast feeding, bottle feeding, exclusive pumping, re-lactation, inducing lactation, even supplemental nursing systems and more.

We offer our services in-home and virtual, so there’s one less stress that new parents need to worry about when it comes to their baby. Our services range from prenatal planning visits to help get you prepped for feeding your baby, to virtual and in-person visits, to follow-up care. All in-person visits include weighted feeds (if requested), while every visit includes parent and baby history, feeding assessments, flange sizing, plans of action and follow-up care.

We look forward to getting to help you on your feeding journey, however that may look for you.

We can’t wait to help support you during these life-changing events!

Empire Therapy

(509) 701-7651

We specialize in primitive reflex integration for infant development. We are natural preventative care.

At Empire, we consider breastfeeding the first milestone. Our certified breastfeeding specialists and counselors use oral/facial reflex integration to mature suck/swallow/breathe in infants. The position of which babies naturally feed is also addressed with body work and facilitating infantile reflexes. Reflexes are automatic responses babies should demonstrate and are designed for natural development. These techniques work really well for those babies who are bottle fed as well.

We specialize in breastfeeding, tongue ties, plagiocephaly, torticollis, and medically fragile infants. All babies can benefit from body work to improve alignment, function, and development. No referral needed! Call us now for your appointment.

Molly Gunsaulis, DDS, Dentistry for Children

(509) 922-1333

Hello from the office of Molly Gunsaulis, DDS, where helping children achieve great oral health is our passion! We support families who want the best possible health for their children by providing the necessary care, tools, guidance, and education to prevent and treat oral disease.

If your newborn isn’t feeding well, sometimes the issue is with a tongue tie or lip tie which interferes with breastfeeding. Fortunately, there is a simple procedure called a Frenectomy. It requires no sedation, is completed in just minutes, and your baby can breastfeed immediately.

Ask your location specialist about a Frenectomy or call Dr. Molly’s office for an evaluation.

Mothering With Heart

(509) 475-8139

I am a lactation consultant with 30+ years experience; the majority of which were spent as an IBCLC, specializing in a variety of newborn feeding issues. My current practice goes beyond the traditional definition of breastfeeding support; it encompasses the core values of empathy, care, and the art of providing guidance to new families.

At its best, my consulting is a spiritual practice. Guiding new mothers through the breastfeeding process involves tapping into the very essence of life, love and the miraculous bond between mother and child. By assisting new mothers in establishing a strong breastfeeding relationship, I feel privileged to play a role in nurturing this spiritual connection between a mother’s heart and her baby’s needs.

My own heart’s work is not just about the babies; it’s about supporting new families holistically. I am available to provide emotional as well as practical support during this transformative journey.

Nesting Nutrition LLC

adottsrdn@gmail.com

Hey, I’m Amanda! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping women nourish their bodies with real food to optimize their pregnancies. I’ve been a dietitian since 2013, but my love for prenatal nutrition truly began with my own pregnancy journey in 2021 after realizing the lack of nutrition education given to mothers during this crucial time period. This inspired me to create Nesting Nutrition LLC in hopes of improving prenatal nutrition education and empowering mothers to optimize their health throughout their pregnancies and beyond.

I educate my clients using evidence-based research to ensure optimal nutritional status, and I strive to provide encouragement and compassion throughout sessions. Various virtual services are available including a comprehensive, self-paced prenatal nutrition online course and one-on-one consultations personalized to meet your unique needs and goals.

I’d be honored to work with you throughout your journey to motherhood and help you optimize the health of both you and baby!

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
