Anchored Childbirth

There are so many myths, so many questions surrounding labor and delivery that many of us mama’s fear childbirth, doubt our abilities and are unsure where to get true answers.
My classes are designed to Educate, Prepare and Anchor , so you journey through pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum confident, without fear! Education begins with understanding the changes your body goes through, knowing what to expect in Labor, how your body is working with your baby to meet you on this side of the womb!! It is nothing short of a miracle!
Once you have an understanding of the birth miracle, you can PREPARE physically and mentally. We will cover Comfort Measures, how to keep yourself focused and working with your baby and your body. What choices you have, in your care and in your birth plan. We will cover postpartum and Newborn care.
And finally, how to be ANCHORED in this journey to our Heavenly Father, we cover Biblical Birth Affirmations that are great tools before, during and after labor.
