Teddi Cripps

(509) 362-5201

I am a Licensed Psychotherapist & Perinatal Mental Health Specialist based in a private practice setting in Spokane, Washington.

I see a vast demographic of clients – adults, couples, and families – but my primary focus is on maternal/women’s wellness.

As a perinatal specialist, much of my attention is dedicated to helping moms navigate the prenatal/postnatal period. My scope of practice covers a trauma informed, whole-person approach to infertility, birth trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, and other perinatal mood disorders – along with providing support through the everyday, ever-changing challenges and transitions that motherhood and parenting bring.

The journey into parenthood can be extremely complex and often overwhelming, and providing a safe space to find support and integrated care throughout the journey has become the heart of my practice.
