Nesting Nutrition LLC
adottsrdn@gmail.com
Hey, I’m Amanda! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping women nourish their bodies with real food to optimize their pregnancies. I’ve been a dietitian since 2013, but my love for prenatal nutrition truly began with my own pregnancy journey in 2021 after realizing the lack of nutrition education given to mothers during this crucial time period. This inspired me to create Nesting Nutrition LLC in hopes of improving prenatal nutrition education and empowering mothers to optimize their health throughout their pregnancies and beyond.
I educate my clients using evidence-based research to ensure optimal nutritional status, and I strive to provide encouragement and compassion throughout sessions. Various virtual services are available including a comprehensive, self-paced prenatal nutrition online course and one-on-one consultations personalized to meet your unique needs and goals.
I’d be honored to work with you throughout your journey to motherhood and help you optimize the health of both you and baby!
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

Taylor J Yoga
namastewithtay@gmail.com
Taylor is an experienced local yoga instructor who specializes in perinatal yoga classes around the Spokane area. She holds weekly prenatal classes, postnatal series & birth/labor partner workshops. These offerings take elements from traditional yoga with the intention to support the transformative experience of pregnancy & new parenthood. In prenatal we will explore poses to alleviate aches and pains, cultivate strength & alignment for your shifting body & make space for your baby (or babies!) to lay comfortably & optimally in your womb. Postnatal is all about healing, recovering and embracing your new found strength and body. All styles also weave in meditation, breathwork & visualization that prepare your mind & body for pregnancy, birth and beyond. These additional techniques will help to reduce stress, cope with common pregnancy symptoms & build confidence & trust in your body. This is a wonderful space to mindfully connect with your body, your baby & other expectant/new mothers.
These classes are designed so that you can recreate some of what you learn at home in between our weekly meetings to feel vibrant & healthy throughout your pregnancy or postpartum. No experience with yoga necessary!
